Chili-Lime Shrimp Lettuce Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Butter Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • Slaw Mix or Shredded Cabage
  • Fresh Cilantro

    Optional Shortcut:
    Use Terrapin Ridge Farms Chile Lime Aioli (carried here in our market), instead of making your own sauce — it’s absolutely amazing on these!

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add shrimp, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until shrimp are pink and cooked through (about 3–4 minutes).
  • Load shrimp into butter lettuce leaves.
  • Top with slaw, avocado, and cilantro.
  • Drizzle with Chile Lime Aioli if using. Serve immediately!
