Chili-Lime Shrimp Lettuce Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
- 1 TBS Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 Lime
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Butter Lettuce Leaves
- 1 Avocado, diced
- Slaw Mix or Shredded Cabage
- Fresh Cilantro
Optional Shortcut:
Use Terrapin Ridge Farms Chile Lime Aioli (carried here in our market), instead of making your own sauce — it’s absolutely amazing on these!
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until shrimp are pink and cooked through (about 3–4 minutes).
- Load shrimp into butter lettuce leaves.
- Top with slaw, avocado, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with Chile Lime Aioli if using. Serve immediately!
