Cedar Plank Grilled Ōra King Salmon with Sweet Bourbon Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 4 Ōra King Salmon fillets
  • ½ cup Sierra Gold Sweet Bourbon Glaze
  • Juice of ½ lime (optional, for brightness)
  • Soaked cedar planks (at least 1 hour)

Instructions:

  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Place soaked cedar planks on the grill until they start to smoke lightly.
  • Set salmon fillets on planks and brush generously with Sierra Gold Sweet Bourbon Glaze.
  • Grill for 12–15 minutes, brushing with additional glaze halfway through, until the salmon flakes easily and is beautifully caramelized.
