Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

Savory, cheesy, and bite-sized perfection — perfect as an appetizer or a cozy movie-night snack.

Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 12 large white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed
  • 8 oz fresh crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (plus more for topping)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray or drizzle

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix crab, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs.
  • Drizzle or spray with olive oil and bake 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
