Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 12 large white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed
- 8 oz fresh crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (plus more for topping)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray or drizzle
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix crab, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs.
- Drizzle or spray with olive oil and bake 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
